Dr. Allen Greenspoon, MD
Senior Medical Consultant, Medical Director

Dr. Allen Greenspoon has been instrumental in leveraging key partnerships with our corporate clients throughout his career of over thirty years. A vision to provide employers the necessary services to access medical care quickly has made Wellington Medical Centre the provider of choice for Occupational Medical services. Employees are provided the best in health care and expedited medical management, which is so important in the Occupational Disability Management process. Each and every opportunity to avoid time loss and obtain cost relief is explored. Dr. Greenspoon is an Independent Medical Assessor. He is also a Transport Canada Marine Medical Examiner. Dr. Greenspoon is a sponsor of the WSIB rebate incentive Safety Group Program. Dr. Greenspoon loves to travel, and enjoying time at the cottage.

Dr. Joel Yellin MD, CCFP, MRO
Senior Medical Consultant

Dr. Joel Yellin is a Physician with twenty-eight years experience in Occupational Medicine at Wellington Medical Centre. He is a Medical Review Officer, and a Certificant of the American Association of Medical Review Officers, assisting employers with their Drug and Alcohol Program. Dr. Yellin is also a Transport Canada Marine Medical Examiner. He conducts Independent and Third Party assessments for employer clients and the insurance industry. Dr. Yellin is a dedicated family physician with Hamilton Community Health Centre Family Health Team. Dr. Yellin enjoys spending free time travelling the world with his wife and three sons.

Linda Meerveld, B.Sc. Human Kinetics, CCPE
Certified Ergonomist-Disability Management Consultant

Linda Meerveld is certified with the College for the Certification of Canadian Professional Ergonomists (CCPE), and registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She is highly skilled in analyzing worker-workplace interfaces, and developing tools and programs for a wide range of industries across Canada, such as technology, airports, manufacturing, oil and gas, automotive, health care, public service, newspaper and forestry for both the office and industrial settings. Linda’s working knowledge ranges from analyzing body mechanics, cognitive psychology, processes and design to the development of corporate programs and policies in ergonomics, human factors, health, safety and wellness. Linda has been in the disability management business for over 20 years, and her experience gained from working in injury management clinics, including the Alberta Worker Compensation Board, and numerous industries has provided her with a broad base in disability management to help resolve return to work issues. As an Ergonomist and Kinesiologist, she has serviced various sized companies throughout Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan in ergonomic risk assessments, equipment and tool design, functional work capacity assessments, trends analysis, and physical and cognitive demands analysis.
